质量经理

 1.   Apply and improve the quality management system of the laboratory to ensure the effective and reliable completion of all quality-related activities;应用并改善实验室的质量管理体系，确保有效、可靠的完成所有质量相关活动；

2.   Organize analysis, check the reliability of analysis results, and ensure the effectiveness of analysis results建立原辅料、包装材料、中间产品、成品等的质量标准，组织相关确认与验证活动；

3.   Develop a quality control plan to ensure that products meet current requirements (regulations, customer requirements or department specifications, etc.)制定质量控制计划以确保产品符合现行要求（法规，客户要求或部门规范等）

4.   Follow up unqualified  products跟进不合格产品的后续工作

5.   Develop and follow corrective and preventive action plan制定纠错性和预防性行动方案，并监督落实
