岗位描述：
-对实验室的日常运作进行有效的管理，维持工作效率, 平衡工作负荷，保证工作安全；
-负责实验室测试分析工作的指导和培训，并根据实验室的发展需求组织新项目研究；
-负责实验室人员和设备的管理，包括制定预算、实施计划、控制费用等。

-Take care of daily operation of the lab for effective management, maintenance efficiency, balance workloads, and ensure safety at work;
-Responsible for analysis guidance and training, and arrange new projects according to the development;
-implementation plan, control costs, etc.
入职要求：
-30-45岁，化学或食品相关专业，本科以上学历；
-8年以上相关工作经验，3年以上管理经验；
-熟悉ISO 17025，能按照实验室认可要求进行实验室具体运作；
-英语熟练，能够接待国外客户审核，参加实验室间交流合作。
Recruitment requirements:
-Age 30-45, specialized in chemistry, food or related areas, bachelor degree or above;
-8 years related working experience, 3 years management experience;
-Familiar with ISO 17025, and can perform the daily operation according to the accreditation requirement;
-Fluent in English, can take care of the oversea client’s auditing and participate the inter-laboratories cooperation.
