职位描述

岗位描述：

-全面负责实验室技术方面的工作；

-负责对实验室测试分析人员的工作进行指导和培训，对检测方法上存在的难点困难，提供思路，组织检测人员解决问题；

-根据实验室的发展需求组织落实新项目研究；

Job description:

-Overall responsibility for the technical aspects of laboratory work;

-Responsible for the guidance and training of lab analysts, and provide ideas for the method difficulties, and organize relevant persons to solve the problems;

-Research and implement new project according to the lab development.

入职要求：

-30-45岁，化学专业，硕士或以上学历，有海外留学或工作背景者优先；

-5年以上相关工作经验；

-精通质谱分析（GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS）；

-对食品、食品添加剂、食品包材类产品有相当的了解和认识；

-关注国内外食品法规、要求，以及分析技术的发展动态；

-了解ISO 17025实验室认可的基本要求；

-英语熟练，能够用英语交流检测方法，参加实验室间交流合作，接待国外客户审核。

Recruitment requirement:

-Age 30-45, specialized in chemistry, Master degree or above, oversea study or work background preferred;

-5 years related working experience;

-Proficient in GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS;

-Have considerable knowledge and understanding of food, food additives, food packaging materials;

-Attention to domestic and international food regulations, requirements, and analysis method developments;

-Understand the basic requirements of ISO 17025;

-Fluent in English, can discuss analysis methods with foreign colleagues, take care of the oversea client’s auditing, and participate the inter-laboratories cooperation.
