在生产上可实现多品种切换和大规模生产，在产品开发上可实现小试、中试、规模化生产的连续进行。

目前工厂可实现年处理鲜姜近6万吨，花椒、孜然、胡椒等原料2000吨。

生产车间面积近万平米，拥有多个萃取车间、十万级灌装车间、质量检验中心和应用研发中心。
